Brian Riggle

Brian Riggle serves as a Senior Vice President at Madison Capital and is responsible for leasing, strategy, tenant relations and investment management for many of the company's commercial real estate investments.

Prior to joining Madison Capital, Mr. Riggle served as a Vice President at Winthrop Capital Partners where he managed the liquidation of New York REIT, a $3.5 billion portfolio comprised of 19 office, retail and hotel assets in New York City. Prior to Winthrop, Mr. Riggle was a Senior Associate at Clarion Partners, where he acquired over $3.0 billion in office, retail and multifamily assets and managed a $4.0 billion portfolio consisting of 5.8 million square feet of office, retail and mixed-use investments.

Mr. Riggle earned a dual degree in Finance and Economics from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
