Bio
As Vice President of Development, Brian leads the team in pursuit of new opportunities and oversees all aspects of project management for vertical and horizontal development. Prior to joining Four Rivers, Brian was a Project Manager at StreetLights Residential. While at StreetLights, Brian handled project management, underwriting, and asset management of multifamily and mixed-use assets with a capitalized value of over $1.35 billion in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Phoenix, and Atlanta. Previously Brian worked at Whitley Penn, LLP, a public accounting firm based in North Texas, as part of its Tax and Consulting Services group. Brian attended Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University where he graduated with a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Brian is an active member of The Real Estate Council and is a deacon at his church.
