With over 10 years of experience, Brian Mayer specializes in multi-tenant and single-tenant investment sales throughout Washington State. He focuses on the disposition and acquisition of neighborhood shopping centers, retail strip centers, mixed-use assets, single-tenant net-leased investments, retail development sites and anchored shopping centers. Brian strives to build long-term relationships with his clients while promoting transparency, honesty and a commitment to our client's unique investment strategies.Brian takes on a targeted and proactive marketing approach continues to create exceptional results. He produces an organized and systematic marketing campaign for every assignment, generating a thorough out-reach to a vast and highly-qualified network of investors, developers, institutions and brokers.
