Brian Martini

Brian joined DMP Properties in 2014 and brings with him over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Brian has an extensive background in real estate brokerage, large scale asset management, and internal business operations. His career has taken him from the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles and now to Orange County. Brian is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business including the management of both in-house and third-party property managers and the overall financial performance of the properties, including budgets, and accounts receivable. He also manages third-party leasing agents and in-house leasing efforts by developing leasing strategies with company Principals. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of Minnesota, Brian is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (lic. 01363322) and is an active member of both ICSC and IREM, where he currently holds the CRRP, CRX, CSM, CLS, CDP, CMD, SLD, ACOM and CPM Candidate professional designations.
