Brian Martinelli

As Vice President of Development, Brian Martinelli brings a wealth of experience in project management, engineering and development services in the construction industry with a range of large-scale and complex capital development projects and small-scale renovations and improvements. He oversees and manages the design, construction and cost for new ground-up development projects from concept to completion. Before joining HALL Group, Brian worked as a development director at Woodbine Development Corporation overseeing and managing the development of Woodbine’s hospitality projects in South Texas. He previously spent 15 years as a senior project manager for Austin Commercial, L.P. in Dallas where he oversaw the construction of corporate office, biotech, hospitality, and multifamily projects, managing budgets in excess of $250 million. Brian’s previous projects include a broad range of commercial product types from high-profile corporate office headquarters and biotech facilities, to hospitality and luxury multifamily projects across the United States totaling over five million square feet in aggregate and valued at over $2 billion. Brian is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He has previously served on the Board of Governors for the Young Constructors Council through the Association of General Contractors North Texas Chapter.
