A native of Austin, Texas, Brian joined Cushman & Wakefield through the acquisition of Peloton Commercial Real Estate. He co-founded the Austin office of Peloton in 2013, alongside Matt Frizzell and Kevin Granger. With over 25 years experience, Brian co-leads the office and industrial agency leasing teams. He also has a hand in all aspects of the industry including development, office and industrial leasing, tenant representation and acquisition/ disposition services. Over the past decade he has been involved with the acquisition/disposition of over two million square feet of office and industrial space.

Throughout his career, Brian has held positions as a Vice President with Stream Realty Partners, the Director of Leasing with Live Oak-Gottesman and a Vice President and department head with Trammell Crow Company. Consistently a top producer in the industry, Brian has been honored numerous times by the Austin Business Journal and others throughout his career.
