Brian T. Latta

Brian Latta is responsible for managing the development of Bridge’s Florida assets. With more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, Brian has led the development of a variety of highly successful projects totaling more than $150 million in construction cost and 1.8 million square feet of Development. Prior to joining Bridge, Brian was Vice President of Development for Flagler Development where he was responsible for managing the development of Beacon Lakes, a 6 million square foot industrial park in Miami. Brian was also responsible for management and entitlement of Flagler’s land bank totaling more than 5,000 acres throughout the State of Florida. Brian has also worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Toll Brothers Realty Trust and Turner Construction, where he was responsible for projects ranging from large, highly complex pharmaceutical, laboratory and industrial projects for clients such as University of Pennsylvania, Merck and Elf Atochem to office buildings, retail and custom residential projects. Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University, a Masters in Construction Management from the University of Florida and a Masters of Science from Temple University.
