Brian Kates

Brian Kates is responsible for leasing and marketing office and industrial buildings within the company's portfolio, and developing new business. He is also responsible for advising clients on a wide range of real estate matters, such as land sales, acquisitions, and tenant advisory services. Brian currently represents over 1.5 million square feet in office and industrial properties in San Antonio.

Prior to joining JLL, Brian was a Senior Associate at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services. He has represented clients in over 130 completed lease transactions, and has been involved in acquisition and investment sales transactions during his career. Brian holds a bachelor degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
