Brian Hines

As Vice Chairman on CBRE's Boston Consulting practice, Brian has been in the real estate business for over 30 years and focuses primarily on the Greater Boston Suburban Office and R&D markets, specifically the Route 128 office corridor and northwest suburbs. He has represented numerous tenants and select landlords in the leasing and sales of office, R&D and light manufacturing space.

During his tenure in this marketplace, Brian has been involved with the leasing and sales of over 35 MSF of space.

Prior to CBRE, Brian was a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Cassidy Turley), Brian was a Founding Partner at FHO Partners, as well as a Founding Partner of Fallon Hines & O'Connor in 1988, which became the Boston office of Trammell Crow Company in 1998. Prior to that, Brian was a Vice President at The Codman Company and a Leasing Broker at Meredith & Grew.
