Brian Grosholz

Brian Grosholz is responsible for the strategic vision and direction for JLB's construction company. Since joining JLB Partners in 2015, Brian oversaw the construction company's Washington DC office before transitioning into a national role where he focused on implementing new policies, preconstruction standards and innovative technology to enhance construction scheduling and budgeting. During his 21 year career he has been involved in the completion/delivery of over 15,000 units including both market rate and affordable rental, condominiums, assisted living, senior living and acquisition rehab. Prior to joining JLB, Brian worked for Bozzuto Construction in Washington DC as a Senior Vice President for 12 years where he played an integral role in business development while growing the construction company from $200M to $400M in annual revenue. He started his career with Whiting-Turner Contracting with a focus on heavy highway, bridges and healthcare related work such as operating rooms and labor and delivery facilities. Brian holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green University and a MBA from Loyola University. When Brian is outside of the office, he loves spending time with his wife, Marlena, and chasing after their two active daughters, Kennedy and Payton.
