Have Fun & Get It Done and Think Big. Act Small – “The two core values that drive me are ‘Have Fun & Get It Done’ and ‘Think Big. Act Small.’ I have always been a manager who is heavily focused on organization development and culture, and ensuring my team enjoys coming to the office every day is a big part of what makes us successful. I am also a strategic thinker who is focused on the big picture and the long-term view. But execution and entrepreneurial behavior is critical to putting big ideas in play.”
