Brian Ehrlich is Vice President, Development for Waterford Hotel Group and leads the development efforts to expand the company's portfolio through management and investment opportunities. He brings a wealth of experience to Waterford with expertise in deal sourcing, market intelligence, and underwriting in both acquisitions and new development. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in American History from Harvard University. Based on the west coast, Brian is focused on the westward expansion of Waterford's hospitality footprint.

Our success ranges from billion dollar development projects such as Mohegan Sun Casino and Front Street Development in Connecticut to the operation of small quintessential New England inns, such as the Inn on Boltwood at Amherst College and the Andover Inn in Andover, Massachusetts. We own and operate or have owned and operated virtually all hotel brands.
