Bio
Mr. Dowling is responsible for all asset management, leasing and execution of strategic business plans for the RLF portfolio series. In addition, Mr. Dowling works closely with the Investments team and regularly interfaces with RLF tenants and Realterm Logistics user relationships to identify new investment opportunities. He has a BA from Colby College and an MBA from Wake Forest University. Mr. Dowling is a member of the Management Committee.
