Brian Crittendon

Brian Crittendon, President of Cascade Homes, has been involved in over $2 billion of real estate transactions across multiple geographies and asset types. Prior to forming Cascade Homes, Mr. Crittendon was a Managing Director at Northwood Investors for eleven years, and prior to joining Northwood Investors, he was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area. Mr. Crittendon is a council member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas graduating from the Business Honors Program.
