Brian Craig

Brian Craig is a Financial Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets, Institutional Properties, in Denver. His primary responsibilities include providing financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence coordination, and production of marketing collateral for presentations and offering memorandums.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, Brian was a commercial real estate appraiser for National Valuation Consultants and financial manager for the construction management firm OAC Management. He has been involved in nearly 150 appraisal assignments across every major property type, as well as atypical valuations including golf courses, churches, and drug rehab facilities.
