Brian Cohen

Mr. Cohen is the co-founder, President, and CEO of Andover Properties, LLC and has led the firm since its founding in 2003. Mr. Cohen helps identify acquisition targets, develop the management plans for the properties, and coordinates the Sponsors’ investigation and analysis of the investment opportunity and due diligence. Prior to founding Andover, Mr. Cohen worked for Tishman Speyer Properties. During his tenure, he held various positions within Tishman Speyer’s organization in their Acquisitions, Leasing and Global Asset Sales groups. Mr. Cohen graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree and formerly served on the New Jersey Self Storage Association Board of Trustees as President.
