Brian brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Director of Real Estate Development. He is responsible for identifying office, healthcare, industrial, retail and senior living opportunities in the Midwest Region and is active in site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, municipal approvals, marketing, lease/sale negotiation, and design and construction coordination. Drawing on his business development savvy, vast city planning and approvals experience, and the productive relationships he has formed with municipal professionals and business leaders within the community, he is able to develop and implement strategies for long term growth while anticipating and overcoming project hurdles, making him a vital asset to the Ryan team.
