Mr. Carolan founded Red Wolf Property in 2022 with the purpose of creating an entrepreneurial commercial real estate platform. He has 15 years of commercial real estate experience across multiple property classes including shopping centers.

Most recently, Mr. Carolan served as the Managing Director of Crossman & Company's Investment Services Division. He primarily focused on originating and executing commercial transactions throughout the southeastern US. Mr. Carolan has closed over $325 million in transactions representing institutional clients as well as many private investors. During his tenure at Crossman he also participated in the repositioning of over 700,000 SF of primarily retail and office properties.

Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Mr. Carolan worked as a commercial real estate Credit Analyst for Regions Bank. While at Regions he evaluated the credit worthiness of each development project his team was pursuing. Mr. Carolan analyzed over $150 million dollars worth of office, retail and multifamily loans. Mr. Carolan is a Florida native and earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida. He also earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.
