Brian Bollich

Brian Bollich is primarily responsible for directing the strategic initiatives of the company and focuses a great deal of his efforts on creating and maintaining crucial business relationships with healthcare executives and capital partners. He has a deep understanding of the country’s healthcare delivery system that he routinely leverages to maximize the achievable profits available to his partners and medical tenants. During his career, Mr. Bollich has led the efforts to invest in more than 1,000,000 square feet of healthcare real estate assets nationwide with these transactions valued in excess of $500 million.

Prior to forming MedCore Partners, Mr. Bollich served as a Vice President for The Cirrus Group where he directed a division of the company and was responsible for targeting and ultimately closing on new healthcare real estate opportunities. Additionally, he managed the ongoing asset management program for a large segment of The Cirrus Group’s portfolio of assets.

After receiving his BBA in Finance, Mr. Bollich stayed at the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University where he went on to graduate as the top student in his program in earning a Master’s Degree focused in Land Economics and Real Estate. He is also active in numerous Texas A&M alumni associations and other real estate organizations in Dallas.
