Bio
A committed independent thinker, Brian lets a firm sense of right and wrong help guide his business decision-making—and believes that real estate investment provides the ideal intersection of finance, creativity and analytics. As Associate Vice President, Investments, at CIM Group in Los Angeles, he completed over $430 million in real estate and infrastructure investments, financings and dispositions. Brian also worked at Berkshire Capital Securities, a boutique investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, where he participated in buy and sell-side transactions, valuations and strategic advisory within the investment management industry. Brian holds an A.B. in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Married and the father of two school-age children, he is a self-proclaimed “foodie” who also follows NBA, NHL and NFL sports events, and happily devotes most of his non-working hours to his family.
