Brett Thompson, Director, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as a member of the Downey Tenant Advisory Team, working with Larry Downey, Vice Chairman. In an industry where it typically takes a long time to garner success, Brett has made a notable contribution to C&W as part of a team that completed over 100 lease transactions totaling over 2M SF in 2018 and 2019. He was recognized as the number one broker in the Phoenix office's "Top 5 Under 5" awards category which ranked brokers with less than five years' experience based on their overall production.

Brett's success is a direct result of his strong work ethic and his knowledge of the commercial office market. An active member of C&W's Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), Brett serves on the membership committee for the 700-member group. He is part of a team that put together a detailed program about the benefits of TAG for market leaders in C&W offices worldwide to assist them in nominating brokers for consideration for membership in the group.
