Bio

Brett Reese is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment and business development opportunities and executive value creation strategies for Colorado, Florida, and Texas. Since joining the organization, he has led the acquisition of over 5.7 million square feet of office space across South Florida and Texas – with a total value of $1.6 billion.

Prior to that, he co-founded White Oak Capital, a privately held real estate investment company focusing on value-add and core-plus office opportunities throughout Florida.

His previous experience includes managing acquisitions and asset management at Fifteen Group and The Georgetown Company, where he was Asset Manager for Easton, a 6 million square foot mixed-use development. Mr. Reese began his career in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in New York as a member of the company’s Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group.

Mr. Reese earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and holds a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fuller Center (formerly the Florence Fuller Child Development Centers).
