Prior to Avistone, Brett held senior positions at JCR Capital / Walker Dunlop Investment Partners and Medical Facilities Holdings. Brett’s extensive expertise in market analysis, portfolio management, and investment strategy has been instrumental in closing over $550 million in commercial real estate transactions across more than 50 distinct markets.

Brett holds a BSBA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Denver.
