Brett Kroner is an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and brings 22 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Prior to joining the Cushman & Wakefield, Brett was at CBRE from 2002 to 2014. Brett's team, which included Keith Puritz, ranked as CBRE's #1 Chicago industrial team from 2002 to 2014. Brett also earned entry to CBRE's chairman's circle from 2008 to 2014. Before moving to CBRE, Brett was with Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on industrial property transactions in the Chicago metropolitan area from 1997 to 2002. Prior to 1997, Kroner spent two years with CB Commercial of Denver, Inc. as part of an industrial redevelopment team for Stapleton Airport
