Bio
Brett Erb is the Director of Acquisitions for both Baron Properties and Mountain West Industrial Properties. He is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, financial underwriting, market analysis, due diligence and investment marketing for new deals in Baron and MWIP’s core markets. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he spent two years as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in Denver. Brett has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate from the University of Colorado.
