Bio
Brett Benton, director, joined Newmark in 2014 and is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process including market research, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, marketing and client contact. Previously, Mr. Benton worked for a commercial real estate consulting and appraisal firm where he was involved in real property valuation of institutional quality assets, acquisition due diligence and proforma analysis of all asset types across the nation.
Mr. Benton is originally from San Antonio and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
