Biography
Brett Arabie, a Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Public Sector and Occupier teams, is a 30-year veteran of the central Texas commercial real estate market, representing and advising public entities across the state of Texas, Arkansas, and beyond. He utilizes his extensive agency and occupier experience, in-depth market knowledge and strong community relationships to achieve long term, quantifiable success for his clients. Brett’s responsibilities have ranged from lead tenant generation for new speculative office developments, P3 advisory in Workforce Housing projects, to marketing and leasing mater-planned communities, including Mueller Austin and Plum Creek.
Brett is currently heading the Central Texas Cushman & Wakefield Public Sector practice effort, advising clients with Public-Private partnership (P3) structures, excess property monetization, and the strategic acquisition of new land and facilities. Brett's current clients include the Texas General Land Office (GLO), the Round Rock Independent School District, Austin Independent School District and the University of Texas at Austin.
