Bret White

Bret White is a skilled, innovative industrial specialist within the CBRE Atlanta Brokerage Services Group. Mr. White has transacted a wide array of industrial requirements ranging from 5,000-1,000,000 square feet. His expertise lies in his ability to understand and structure the underwriting that occurs in every transaction for every client around the country.

 Whether negotiating a new lease, renewing at an existing space or organizing complex sale lease-backs, Mr. White strives to help his clients achieve their business goals, leveraging all of the tools and resources CBRE has to offer. These resources include CBRE’s industry leading capital markets practice, small business lending group, and debt-equity finance.

A native of Atlanta, Mr. White graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he was a three-year letterman on the football team and currently sits on the Young Alumni Council. He is also very active in the community as a volunteer coach at Buckhead Baseball, member at Marietta First Baptist Church, Collier Hills Civic Association and a Patron member of the High Museum of Art.
