Brent West

Brent V. West, CPA, serves as CFO for Winston Hospitality, Inc. Under his guidance, Winston Hospitality manages a portfolio of hotels with over 2,000 rooms and annual revenues in excess of $100 million. West also worked as vice president and chief accounting officer of the original Winston Hotels, Inc., where he helped raise more than $600 million in debt & equity financing through credit facilities, mortgage loans and follow-on public offerings. He also was responsible for all SEC public filings. He also serves as chief financial officer for Winston Hotels, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. West received his B.S. in accounting from Plattsburgh State University College
