With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Mallonee is knowledgeable in all assets retail sales and leasing. A trusted advisor for his clients, he has worked on multiple ground up development projects from initial design, through stabilization and disposition, including redevelopment and ‘turn around’ properties. Mr. Mallonee has represented national, regional and local retail tenants in leasing for single and multiple locations throughout Arizona and the Southwest region.

Mr. Mallonee began as an intern with Grubb & Ellis Company in Tucson in 2001, developing strategic relationships with key industry professionals he continues to work with today. Moving to Phoenix in 2004, Mr. Mallonee has consistently been a top producer in the Retail Services Group.
