Brendon McCarthy

Brendon is responsible for the asset management of the Unison portfolio. Prior to this, Brendon was responsible for leading Unison’s acquisition growth from New England through the entire East Coast. Brendon has over 12 years of real estate experience with a variety of product types across the risk spectrum and has been involved in over $3.0 billion of acquisitions on behalf of numerous separate account clients, including domestic and international pensions and sovereign wealth funds. Previously, Brendon was an Acquisitions Associate for CBRE Global Investors. Prior to his time at CBRE, Brendon held positions with Nordblom Company and Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA). Brendon received a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Babson College, earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2010, and is a member of ICSC.
