Brenda Arnold

Current Responsibilities Brenda is an assistant vice president and senior investment analyst who manages the investment analyst team. Her team performs investment analyses for the entire real estate investment group of United Properties. This includes all aspects of the financial, market and property analysis. Brenda also performs portfolio management duties, which includes yearly budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and three-year strategic planning. Past Experience Brenda has been with the company for more than 30 years. Prior to her position as a senior investment analyst, Brenda was a corporate account manager. She worked with real estate accounting involving office, retail, industrial and multiple-family projects. Prior to that, Brenda was a senior property accountant. Education Brenda earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
