Bio
Brandon oversees and implements development activities throughout each of Catalyst’s ground-up projects where he also works directly with each client to provide them with a quality experience during the development process.
Brandon has over 7 years of healthcare real estate and development experience where he has been involved with leasing, designing, and developing over 500,000 SF of medical office buildings throughout multiple states. Ranging in size from 7,500 SF to over 100,000 SF, Brandon has worked closely with each of his clients to create the optimal clinical environment for both patients and physicians. His experience entails client relationship management, lease negotiation, design management, and the procurement of approvals from local municipalities. He serves on both the NW Florida and Florida State Board for NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) where he was recently recognized as the Developing Leader of the Year. Prior to Catalyst, Brandon served as the Director of Accounts and Operations for a family of high-tech consulting firms.
