Bio
Brandon Krantz is the Vice President of Asset Management for the California and Colorado markets. He is responsible for the development and executing of business plans, the analysis of portfolio performance and reporting, and providing support and direction to the operations teams. In total, he provides asset management oversight for 2,600 units (62 buildings) dispersed throughout Los Angeles, Denver, and Oakland. Brandon joined Laramar in 2009 and has been involved in all aspects of the business, which contributes to his ability to effectively provide asset management support to the portfolio. Prior to becoming the Director of Asset Management, Brandon held management positions in the Accounting and Due Diligence Departments. While in these roles, Brandon assisted with the acquisition of over 82,000 units, 384 buildings, and the disposition of 68,000 units, 276 buildings in a variety of transitions including receiverships, and bank owned properties. Brandon also has experience with lease-ups, rent stabilized assets, and value add business plans.
