Bio

Brandon Kling is a Vice President at Bloomfield Capital, focusing on managing the firm's debt and equity investments. Prior to joining Bloomfield in 2015, Brandon worked in Special Assets at Talmer Bank & Trust (now TCF National Bank), where he managed and oversaw the strategic workout of over 200 CRE loans with a UPB of over $300MM. Prior to banking, he was previously with Resource Realty, a boutique private equity firm where he focused on the underwriting and acquisition of distressed real estate and non-performing notes. Brandon has a BS in Business Administration from Walsh College, with a concentration in Finance. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan.
