Bio
Brandon Goetzman is a Managing Principal at Blue Vista and Co-Head of the firm’s Equity Group. Brandon is responsible for overseeing the firm’s commercial investment activities, including sourcing, structuring, underwriting and executing on commercial real estate transactions. Brandon is also a member of the firm’s Equity Investment and Management Committees. Brandon began his career at Blue Vista, and since joining he has been involved in the financing, acquisition and development of over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
Brandon earned a BBA with a dual major in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a board member of the University’s AREIT program. In addition, Brandon is a CFA charterholder.
