Bio
Bobby Eggleston, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Real Estate Officer for RMC Property Group, has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years, and is responsible for all of RMC’s corporate financial matters – as well overseeing the day-to-day management of RMC’s acquisition and development business. In his capacity of CFO, Bobby manages RMC’s corporate budgets, cash flow projections, corporate credit facilities, and lending/banking relationships. As Chief Real Estate Officer, Bobby manages the team of RMC leasing and management executives responsible for the day to day management of RMC’s commercial real estate portfolio. Additionally, Bobby manages RMC’s acquisition and development team that executes the underwriting, due diligence, entitlement, lease negotiation, and capitalization of RMC’s proprietary acquisition and development deals. Lastly, Bobby manages RMC’s institutional tax lien funds which acquire tax lien certificates in over forty counties throughout the State of Florida. Bobby joined RMC in 2005 as a Development Associate working on ground up retail developments. In late 2007, Bobby transitioned into RMC’s leasing and management department and served as an asset manager for a portfolio of over 30 shopping centers that RMC managed for an institutional client. In 2008, Bobby was promoted to run RMC’s leasing department which he managed until his promotion to CFO/CRO in 2011. Bobby is a member of ICSC and the Tampa Bay Bergstrom Council. Bobby has a heart for international mission work and has served on international missions in Central America, Eastern Africa, and Southeast Asia. Bobby sits on the board of Kelly Green Global; a Tampa based 501(c)(3) with an emphasis on international mission work. Previously, Bobby spent three years working in the New York City and Fort Lauderdale offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a CPA (inactive) with a Master’s in Real Estate (MRE) from the University of Florida and a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
