Brandon Cohan

Brandon Cohan is an established real estate advisor specializing in retail leasing, representing High Street Retail Property Owners and major retail brands as a Senior Associate in CBRE’s West LA office. With a focus on high street retail leasing and investment sales across Los Angeles, Brandon has the expertise in a range of real estate transactions, from the sale of trophy retail assets, to leasing  every trophy street in both established and emerging neighborhoods.  Brandon has had success completing transactions in the West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, West 3rd Street neighborhoods.

Brandon works with the most established brands on their expansion strategies, helping them find Flagship locations in A+ off-market locations. By creating an experience, shifting market perception, and drawing on his extensive tenant and landlord network to find the right mix, he is able to improve value for both retail businesses and landlords. 

Working with successful start-up brands like Kreation Juicery, who he has taken from 1 to 16 retail locations across the Los Angeles area, Brandon understands the needs of the evolving retail client. 

A native of Los Angeles, Brandon earned his commercial retail license at the age of 19 and while an undergraduate signed 4 leases with Caruso for Kreation and Mainland Poke. Brandon joined CBRE from Hilton & Hyland and has also worked for The Agency and BRC Advisors.
