Brandon joined the Mo2 team in 2020 as the Director of Property Management. During his tenure in property management, Brandon oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Mo2 Portfolio which comprised over 700 units across the North Side of Chicago. In 2022, he transitioned to our in-house construction team, where he played a key role in managing gut-rehabs for more than 100 units. Since then, Brandon has made a successful transition into brokerage, focusing on acquisitions for the Mo2 Portfolio.
