Brandon brings 15 years of real estate experience to his position as Vice President of Real Estate Development. He is instrumental in leading new business efforts and facilitating teams through all aspects of the development process. Brandon focuses on site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financial incentives, design and construction coordination, lease and sales negotiations and project financing. His diverse background in development spans from project conception to disposition with large, complex vertical and horizontal mixed-use development. Brandon is a results-driven professional with strong communication skills, who specializes in collaborative real estate development and investment, with a focus on master planned communities and developments. He is an effective and diligent leader passionate about engaging with communities and focused on delivering world-class projects that are financially sound and require constant coordination and communication with stakeholders.
