Bio

Brandi Dees is a First Vice President with the Retail Brokerage Services team in Houston, Texas, focusing on corporate dispositions, tenant representation and land sales. Ms. Dees has been successful in guiding her clients through real estate transactions by managing the entire real estate process.  Ms. Dees offers extensive knowledge of the real estate market as well as attention to detail, consistently providing her clients with best in class service. 

Ms. Dees began her real estate career with CBRE in 2001. She started with the company providing Marketing and Research for the Industrial and Office Properties divisions.

In 2004, Brandi joined the Fuel and Auto Services Team and since then has been an integral part of the group.  Ms. Dees specializes in corporate acquisition and disposition of high traffic, high-visibility fuel sites throughout the United States and Canada. Brandi has led Shell Oil Products in disposing of over 200 sites in North America, totaling more than $200 million in transaction volume. In addition, Ms. Dees represents Exxon Mobil in the leasing, purchasing and sales of Exxon Mobil sites in the Houston area.

Ms. Dees represents national tenants, Five Guys Burgers Jack in the Box, Comcast/Xfinity and Seattle's Best Coffee in Greater Houston and surrounding areas, including College Station. Ms. Dees provides these clients with market research, extensive site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiation and execution.

In her work with land sales, Ms. Dees has closed several transactions, including the sale of the Lake Houston Marina in Atascocita, Texas.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2001, Ms. Dees was a Project Manager for the General Litigation section at Vinson & Elkins, LLP law firm.  During her seven years at Vinson & Elkins, Ms. Dees worked on very high profile cases with clients such as Enron and Continental.  Ms. Dees also controlled the court docket for the Partners in the Employment and Labor Law Section as well as working first hand with the Labor and Employment Law Council Board Members.
