Bradley Ross (Brad) is Managing Director and Head of Originations at Parkview Financial. Brad is based out of the Los Angeles headquarters, where he leads our nationwide team of originators and manages the investment process. In addition to helping grow the portfolio, Brad focuses on instilling best practices, strengthening borrower and broker relationships, and expanding Parkview’s standing and participation in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Parkview, Brad was a Vice President at Madison Realty Capital, where he established and oversaw the company’s Los Angeles office. He has also held positions at Calmwater Capital, Karlin Real Estate, and Major Properties.

Brad holds degrees from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (M.B.A.) and the University of Michigan (B.A.). He is also a licensed California real estate broker. Brad is an active member of the UCLA Ziman Center Endowment Circle, UCLA mentorship program, and ULI GROW. He is also an emeritus board member and former head of membership for the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
