Bradley co-founded Tall Pines Capital in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the origination and structuring of all of TPC’s investment activities, risk and portfolio management, as well as raising capital and asset management.

Prior to TPC, Bradley was President of 40 North, and is also the Founder and Managing Principal of Latus Partners, both opportunistic real estate investment platforms in New York City. Previously, Bradley spent more than eight years at Credit Suisse in the real estate and commercial mortgage area where he was a founding member of the principal investment group, which invested and managed more than $3 billion of the firm’s proprietary capital in commercial mortgage debt and real estate equity transactions.

Bradley is a graduate of Syracuse University and earned his MBA in Finance from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Tall Pines Capital (TPC) is a privately held New York City based real estate investment platform. Founded in 2014, TPC has invested in, and originated over $1 billion of real estate transactions. TPC is focused on debt and equity investments across all real estate asset classes in primary markets in the continental United States with a special focus on the New York Tri-State area. Debt strategies include construction and acquisition lending, special situation financing and debt acquisitions; equity strategies include principal positions for opportunistic and value-add investments as well as ground-up development.

Tall Pines applies a flexible investment approach to take advantage of select opportunities across the capital structure and throughout the real estate cycle. The firm targets overlooked and mispriced opportunities in submarkets with attractive fundamentals and puts special focus on disciplined underwriting and downside protection.

TPC draws on its deep experience as developer, owner and institutional investor to identify the appropriate structure, partnership and business plan for each opportunity it pursues.
