Bradford Takala

24 years of experience in real estate investments during which Brad has originated, structured and closed over $3.0 billion of investments across all asset classes and strategies. Brad works with Griffith Properties’ two other investment principals originating and executing on opportunities in our target markets, and assists our Managing Principal in investor relations and capital formation. Most recently, Brad led acquisitions at Eastern Real Estate, a vertically-integrated development and investment platform. Prior to Eastern, he was Managing Director and head of acquisitions at The Davis Companies, a value-add fund manager and development company based in Boston which invests across the Eastern US. Brad also spent nine years at Invesco Real Estate where he was responsible for originating investment opportunities in the DC to Boston corridor in addition to the Chicago metropolitan area. He began his career in commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco. Brad received an MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in government from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Brad and his wife, Lisa, live in Frisco, Texas and have three daughters. Brad is a “Coach’ with the Honor Foundation, a unique transition institute created exclusively for Navy SEALs and the U.S Special Operations community as they prepare to leave the service.
