Brad Simmel is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Southeast Debt & Structured Finance Group in Atlanta, Georgia. He focuses on both private, non-institutional owners and institutional owners with non-core portfolio assets throughout the Southeastern United States. He uses his broad experience to provide comprehensive debt & financial structuring solutions for owners and investors working with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, bridge lenders, CMBS, life companies and traditional banks.

Mr. Simmel has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate capital markets and has been involved in transactions throughout the United States, with a concentration in Atlanta and the Southeast. His previous experience within CBRE was on strategic positioning and marketing of multifamily communities, as well as transaction management and execution. Since 2000, the Southeast Multifamily Group, of which he was a senior sales professional, has completed over $15 billion in multifamily transactions.
