Bio
Brad M. Kantrowitz is a Director – Investments at Asana Partners. Kantrowitz has ten years of real estate experience, including investments, capital markets, portfolio management, and accounting. Prior to Asana Partners, Kantrowitz was an Associate with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Investment Banking group where he executed more than $17 billion of real estate and capital markets transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, initial public offerings, and debt financings. Key transactions included the sale of Education Realty Trust to Greystar, Americold Realty Trust’s initial public offering, and acquisition financing for Brookfield’s acquisition of GGP. Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Kantrowitz worked at GTIS Partners, a ~$5 billion real estate investment management firm. His responsibilities included acquisitions, portfolio management, and accounting for GTIS Partners’ Brazil funds. Prior to GTIS Partners, Kantrowitz was a Senior Associate with KPMG where he performed financial due diligence and audited real estate firms. Kantrowitz earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Real Estate and Corporate Finance and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Kantrowitz is a licensed Certified Public Announcement in the state of New York.
