Bio

During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Brad has focused his initiatives on developing exclusive, long-term corporate client account relationships and implementing real estate strategies that successfully align with client goals and objectives. In his roles as dedicated Corporate Account Director and Manager, Brad has integrated the talent of multiple C&W disciplines to provide consistent and superior client service delivery, nationally and internationally, while providing timely and comprehensive reporting on the status and action plans across all service platforms. Brad has demonstrated expertise in the management of both geographically and facility-diverse portfolios, headquarters advisory and relocations, as well as acquisition-related due diligence, consolidations and dispositions. Brad's skill set incorporates insightful negotiation strategy, consulting, valuation and financial analysis. Clients include Pitney Bowes, Office Depot and Korn Ferry International.

 

As Account Director and Manager for Pitney Bowes, Brad has completed over 10,000,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions across a board spectrum of property types, including CBD and suburban office; flex product; warehouse-distribution and manufacturing. International assignments include acquiring facilities in Ciudad Juarez and Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Pune.

 

As Global Account Director for Korn Ferry International, Brad has recently concluded a series of global acquisition-related consolidations on Korn Ferry's behalf, in markets including Washington DC, Chicago, London and Tokyo.

 

Brad has also worked with Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation Advisory Services where he performed appraisal and consulting assignments for income-producing real estate assets and coordinated consulting/valuation assignments of real estate portfolios targeted for securitization.

 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brad was the Managing Director of Research & Marketing for Pyramid Brokerage Company, a leading regional commercial real estate services firm, where he was responsible for the delivery of value-added information, analysis and marketing services. Brad also partnered with Advisory and Brokerage Services in consultant and transactional assignments, including a number of site selection assignments for retailers and retail developers such as Wal-Mart and the Pyramid Companies.

 

Brad resides in New York City with his wife and son and has recently served as a Trustee for The LearningSpring School, a nationally recognized innovator in the educational and social advancement for children on the autistic spectrum.
