Brad Gladsden

Brad Gladsden is a director with Benefit Street Partners based in Boca Raton, where he focuses on commercial real estate. Prior to joining BSP in 2016, Mr. Gladsden was with Ladder Capital Finance, where he originated and closed commercial real estate debt for both the balance sheet and for securitization. Prior to joining Ladder Capital, Mr. Gladsden worked at Meridian Capital Group with expertise in CMBS, bridge and mezzanine financing product types. Previously, he was a vice president at BankAtlantic Commercial Mortgage Capital (BACMC), where he was responsible for CMBS loan originations in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Gladsden received a Bachelor of Science from Babson College.
