Brad Dinerstein

Brad has been directly involved in the design and construction of over 9,500 multi-family units in multiple markets throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and the Southeastern United States. Brad’s primary responsibilities include overseeing TDC’s ground up development execution as well as managing the design efforts for the company’s student housing and market rate developments. Brad is a licensed contractor in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Arkansas, and Florida as well as a LEED AP with the US Green Building Council. A graduate of The University of Georgia, Brad began his career working in construction management with Atlanta based Perennial Properties. Brad is involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout Houston and currently holds a position on the Governing Board of Casa de Esperanza.
