Brad Biddle is an Associate Director in the Portland, Oregon office of Berkadia where he currently focuses on HUD financing for apartment buildings in the Pacific Northwest. He has a diverse background working across all product types in various capacities over the last 10 years including finance, investment sales, leasing, and consulting where he has underwritten 500+ properties at various levels and was directly involved in over 100 sales and loan transactions totaling over $700 million. He has degrees in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Portland State University, with minors in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Brad resides in Portland with his wife and new baby girl and enjoys all things outdoors.
